I AM ALSO TRAINED BY STOTT PILATES

After a hiatus, I will be working again in Bowling Green Kentucky! I will be teaching beginner Pilates (mat work) and some beginner reformer lessons. I am hoping that I can begin during the summer break!

These classes will be approximately 45 minutes in length and will cover Pilates principles, basic Pilates movements and some relaxation.
